OVERALL: Thank you Slug, for once again spitting colorful lyrics laced in humility, honesty and humor. Even on his worst album, 90% of the tracks are on-point. The man is consistent!
Thank you Ant, for delivering a slew of up-beat old-school funk and soul. Ant has to be one of the most under-rated producers, period. The man is always consistent!
Biggest Negative: Granted, every song is really good, but it seems to be missing that little extra something that would make it a classic.
Biggest Positive: It's nice to see artists who actually care about their fans enough to give them an album for free and not just some compilation of throw-aways and b-side joints.
